Immediately after breakfast at WVNCC, the Laughlin Memorial Chapel at 129 1/2 18th Street will host programs educating children on the importance of Dr. King and his message. THere will be free transportation provided from WVNCC to Laughlin Chapel. A luncheon follows the activities. |
